Hosting and technical access data
This website is hosted by STRATO. When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technical connection data needed to deliver and secure the website. This may include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, browser and device details, and the page that referred you.

Quote requests
When you submit the quote form, we process the details you provide: your name, phone number and/or email address, type and date of move, collection and destination details including floor and lift access, home size, requested services, and any optional notes.
We use these details to respond to your request and prepare a possible quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The website does not store requests in a database; it sends them by email to the Paradiso Umzüge office. The message is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, subject to any statutory retention obligations.
To limit automated submissions, the technical service may briefly use a one-way hash of the IP address. The form contents are not stored in a website database for this purpose.
Cookies, analytics and external links
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not embed maps, videos or externally hosted fonts. Font files are served by our own hosting provider. If you open an external link, for example to Google or WhatsApp, that provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Your rights
Where the law allows, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate details, erasure or restriction of processing. You may also have rights to data portability and to object. Contact us at info@paradiso-umzug.de.
